Assets that you have licensed are forever licenced and available for you to use according to the licencing terms. You also can ad aeternum redownload an asset, as long as it is part of your licensed portfolio. The only issue you may have is, when Adobe or the contributor retires an asset. In that case, it won't be available for downloading again. Therefore, I strongly urge all users to download assets as soon as they got licensed and store them at a secure place.
