Terrible Experience

Just a quick note to WARN YOU not to purchase anything from Adobe website. I've been downloading the "profesionnal update" for more than 2 hours. I've google it, and it seems that tons of people face the same issue. There is something wrong with Adobe ... terrible customer experience. I will cancel my paiement right away.

I could find anything when googling issues regarding Adobe "professional updates." Could you be more specific?

 

And bear in mind, it's not necessarily Adobe's fault when there are long download times. The internet makes numerous hops from one place to the next between your device and Adobe. The fault could be with any one of them between the two.

What professional update are you referring to? What product?  Is your complaint related to Adobe Stock images?
