Terrible experience with Stock

i received an email this morning informing me my adobe stock would auto-renew next month. I went to adobe.com to cancel but my cancel button has now disappeared. I have now been in chat hold pergatory for an hour now. Can someone help me out as to where my cancel button has moved to?
