Territorial Restrictions for Adobe Stock

Hello. Some images I discovered disappear over time and when I try to open them later, it says "page not found". I've noticed that this is about country entry. You can access the same image from a different country such as /gr_en instead of /tr from google results. Likewise, I cannot license these images. How unfair is it that I can't access an image just because I'm logged in from Turkey? How does it differ if some images are licensed and some are not? Does it have something to do with the trial version? If it is not from the trial version, then there is no point in giving money and continuing. Thank you.

You should always sign in with the country associated with your Adobe ID to see the assets offered for your locale.

Some countries do not show the complete stock database, and I can only imagine that there are legal reasons for this. I doubt that Adobe is asking for this. Adobe would probably like to sell you all image you would like to buy, but to make business in a country, you need to follow the legal restrictions of that country.
