Terugbetaling abonnement

Beste Adobe,

Ik heb het abonnement vandaag opgezegd, maar er is wel voor de komende maand €29,99 van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Krijg ik deze nog terug?

Anders wil ik wel nog voor de komende maand de licenties krijgen waarvoor ik betaald heb.

It appears that the renewal charge was already processing when you cancelled the subscription.  We will arrange for this charge to be refunded.

Zoals u weet heb ik op 22 september 2025 een Adobe-abonnement afgesloten. Op 29 september 2025 heb ik dit abonnement binnen de wettelijke bedenktijd van 14 dagen opgezegd.
Tot mijn verbazing is er op mijn bankrekening alsnog een bedrag van €15,72 afgeschreven

Hi Kenneth,

I have checked your account and see that you have purchased the Adobe Stock subscription(10 images/month) plan on 11th August 2017 and then have cancelled it today (11th September 2017). So, in this case, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation.

Also, You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
