text language inside images

images in adobe stock photo may contain text.

is it possibile to find images with a specific text language ?

You can only search by language if the contributor happened to add that as a keyword when they submitted the image. If you find one you like, try using the same series or similar images features.

Edit: As a side note, the image you showed would be very easy to put what ever text you want in there with Photoshop.

Although it is simply to modify this image in ps this is not the case of many other images best accomplish my needs.

I try to explain better.

if I'm looking for "coraggio" I find many images.
I choose this image

Courage

I want the image contain "Coraggio" not "Courage".
