That's Not a Vector

I licensed this asset that was listed as a vector, but it's just a low-res image. It's useless. I want that credit back.

If Adobe wants to keep Stock a viable platform for designers then there needs to be greater quality control.

Are you certain that you downloaded the vector file and not the JPEG option?

 

As a contributor to Adobe stock, I can confirm that there is a stringent vetting on all assets submitted. As Adobe bought this service, there was an existing base of assets, and at the time, vetting had not been done with the same zeal. So depending on the age of the asset, it may well be, that it passed quality control at the time.
