The file I received was not what the preview showed (ekosuwandono)

On Friday I've bought a file ( fil #: 459244584) from an Adobe Stock contributor called ekosuwandono but the file I received by downloading was a different one 😞

 

I selected a vector drawing of a tree with leaves and instead I got a tree whose leaves were depicted in geometric circles (fil #: 459244528).

 

I really need the image I picked for my project, but there is no contact option available anywhere to report this error!

 

Posting this message on the forum is my best guess to hopefully get this sorted out.

Hello, I've verified the issue and granted you a replacement license. I'll send the asset to the content team for review. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset. I'll mention the request to have the same asset fixed and re-uploaded but I can't confirm if and when that will happen and I would suggest licensing a different file similar if possible.
