The Tragic Tale of a Wrongfully-Licensed (Useless) Checkerboard Background JPEG (help)

On my "Christmas has passed but I dont care its all so pretty" quest for the perfect set of Christmas lights, I attempted to license a transparent background EPS file  (FILE #:  290594562) but to my dismay, when I went to open it, I discovered I had accidentally licensed a JPEG only file. I was first and foremost disgusted, but also confused because I know my settings were set to always download the EPS version instead of JPEG, so upon further investigation, I found that the creator has a completely seperate file for only JPEG (FILE #:  290580563) . This is beyond me for so many reasons, a few being A. Why would you have a seperate file when theres the option to download JPEG or EPS in one file?? but even more so, B. Why would anyone want a checkerboard background JPEG in the first place considering its utterly USELESS??

Anyway, back on topic... what do I do with this (really driving this point home) useless thing???

Hello, I've verified the issue and granted you a replacement license. From what I could see you had licensed  290580563, which is a JPEG only but in the title it claims to be a vector and likely causes confusion. I'll send the asset to the content team for review. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset.

Hi @Kenna5CFA,

You're completely right, and thanks for reporting. This is a moderation problem (the ones accepting or refusing pictures to the database). But it may also be well added before the time that you could download a vector file also as a JPEG file. But especially in this case, you are right again: a chequerboard JPEG file does not make sense at all.

I suppose that @Contributor1 will check this one and react accordingly.

One small remark: when posting here, chose only the relevant topics. The speed and quality of the answer enhances with on-target topics. 😉 I will correct this in your post.
