I don't know why I can't download the assets from Adobe Stock.

I deleted the history and signed in/out but it didn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    You may be in the wrong region for the asset you want to license. Not all assets are available in all regions. Your credit card region and your country as set need to correspond.
