Hello,

Ive purchased alot of clips on adobe stock, hundreds of dollars in stock footage. I went to re-downlaod my library of footage and I have an incredible amount of footage that says "This asset is not available anymore" So since I spent money/credits do I get re-imbursed since that conent is unavailable to me?

How would I go about being re-imbursed credits to my account?

Thanks!

In such a case, you need to access you local copy of those assets. When a contributor deletes his content, Adobe is no more able to offer it for download.

You may contact Adobe support to see, what they can do for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
