Why does my free trial offer image have watermarks?

If it has a watermark, you did download the preview.

Go to your licence history when being signed in and see if you have a licenced asset. If you have, you can download the asset without watermark.

I suspect, however, that you did not yet licence the asset:

or

Save to Library

don't license the asset. Downloads stay watermarked. Clicking the License-Button does.
