Trouble using a credit

Hello, I have purchased a credit pack of 5 credits. I have used 2 credits. I have 3 remaining credits. When I try and license an image using a credit, I receive an error message saying that I don't have any remaining credit packs. Please help.

Let me take a look. We have an issue we are tracking where credit pack customers aren't able to use their available quota.

    What asset are you trying to licence? The ID of the asset will do.

    Double check whether the image is a premium image, which cost much more. What is the image you cannot license?
