Trying to Downgrade Adobe Stock

I am trying to downgrade my Adobe Stock product from the £39.99 per month (25 credits)  to the £19.99 per month (10 credits) version.  I am on an annual paid monthly contract and I can't find when the renewal date is.

As a result if I cancel now, I loose the 100 credits I have and then also have to pay approx £200 to cancel.

I still want the product, just a smaller version.

Please advise the process as the sales telephone line keeps you on hold forever.

If you downgrade, you will lose your accumulated unused stock credits. But, if my memory is correct, you do not need to pay early termination fees.

If you are in trouble with the procedure as described in @Jill_C's post, you should contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. Instructions on cancelling or changing a subscription are shown on this page.
Learn how to change your Adobe plan or subscription.
Since you haven't been able to reach someone by telephone, click on the chat icon near the bottom of the page and type "agent" which I believe will put you in touch with a real live person.
