Trying to purchase an extended license and already have a standard license.

After realizing that I needed an extended license (not just the standard license I already purchased with credits), I have been trying to find out how to purchase the photo again. I tried looking in my license history because, apparently, there should be an option to re-purchase, but this option does not appear.
