Tu tarjeta de identificación se ha rechazado

una vez que cargo los videos en Adobe Stock para vender, no me da la opción de poder enviarlos. Alguien sabe por que?. y me salta este cartel arriba que dice "Tu tarjeta de identificación se ha rechazado".

Its simply that. The ID card you submitted like your licence or whatever card that has your face that you submitted is simply not acceptable by Adobe. You are going to have to try another card that legitimately has your face and proper personal info on it. It should have your birthday as a exportation date. You know? That sort of thing.

Going to have to try again before you can actually sell videos and images. Sorry.
