Turn back purchase after canceling

Hello, a few months ago I had canceled a purchase in Adobestock because of a costumer of mine had canceled my services too.

I paid the cancelation, but I have returned with the job and I need to re-validate my accout. I would like to know how to do that.

It is not possible to use the cancellation penalty as a part of the payment for the new plan.

You may go ahead and contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support?  for queries related to your previous subscription.

Also, you may purchase a new subscription from the Adobe Stock plans page Adobe Stock pricing and membership plan | Adobe Stock as the previous subscription has been cancelled.
