Unable to cancel my adobe stock subscription trial

I registered a personal stock trial through my companys adobe account, using my card details. Now, I want to cancel the trial and I am unable to. When I try and cancel, I just get thrown into a spiral of the browser asking me to verify my identity. When I enter my password, I just get redirected to another "verify your identity" window. This go's on and on and I am unable to cancel the trial membership. I dont want this trial. I dont know why this has to be so dificult. its like you guys dont want me to cancel so you just make it dificult to unregister and remove my card details. How do I cancel this free tril mebersip so I dont get billed on the 14th of Feb 2023?

Are you trying to cancel a subscription that you started today? It does take a little time for all the systems to process the subscription which may be why you are not yet able to cancel the subscription. After 24 hours the system should allow you to cancel the subscription. Please clear you browser history, sign into https://account.adobe.com and try again. If you are still unable to cancel then contact customer care. You can search the forums for the link as the information is posted almost daily here.

Hi there.I have tried logging in andI just get thrown into a loop where the password window just reloads eachtime I enter my password, over and over again.
