Unable to cancel my Stock subscription

I have used a free Stock trial on my school-account, which shouldn't have been possible, but it was. Now I haven't been able to log into said Account for 2 months, while still having to pay a monthly subscription. Since I can't login to the Account, I'm also not able to cancel the subscription. I am in desperate need of help and haven't gotten any for weeks, debating to go to my lawyer.

Thanks for any advice.

Why can't you log in into the account? You were able to sign up the subscription, enter your credit card?

 

To solve the issue, you need to contact Adobe customer support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
