Unable to cancel subscription

Hi there,

I took out a monthly subscription but having used the your services for a month I've decided not to continue. Yesterday I cancelled my subscription but today I was charged for the coming month. On logging into my account today I could see the subscription was still active so tried to cancel again but now get an error message telling me 'there has been a problem dealing with your request'.

As your chat is closed and the contact number doesn't seem to work I've come to the forum. Please can you ensure my subscription is cancelled? I've asked my back to ensure the payment isn't processed so a refund shouldn't be necessary.

    Hi Simon,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while cancelling your Adobe Stock subscription.

    I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 12 Sep 2018. I have cancelled your Adobe Stock subscription(since you are cancelling the service within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund) and have processed a refund of amount: 23.99 GBP.

    The amount will reflect in your account in the next 5-7 business days.
