Unable to download/license images

I have just purchased 5 credits and only able to download one image. When I tried to download the second one, this Error message pop up. Already tried different browsers and computer; sign out and sign back in; Add to Library.... Can anyone help? Urgently need 4 images to complete the work tonight.
