Unable to download stock images?

Hi, I have the very same issue as solved here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/unable-to-download-stock-images/m-p/11680388

 

I have a trial for Adobe Stock and when I try to download anything, I am getting into infinite loop after I am asked to select trial again. 

 

I am not able to reach out to chat at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html nor find any contact information in my country. It is quite frustrating. Thank you for help.
