Unable to license or download any images

I have 9 credits yet everytime I click 'License' a spinning icon appears for a second then nothing happens. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, tried in a different browser, even tried on a different laptop and the issue persists. My account is paid up to date, this is the first time I've had this issue after months of using. I can pay for the 'extended license' to download assets but am unable to use the credits for standard or enhanced licenses.

 

Any ideas?

@Kristian2178830647fn When you contact customer care tell the agent that this is the second time contacting them and that your the issue you previously reported was not resolved.
