For real?!! So the solution for a major bug on Adobe's end is to let customers just solve it with this solution? It's 2024, and unable to see al your purchases in a grid overview when its more than 800 is just unacceptable.

No, it's not Adobe's solution, it's a workaround. As with all bugs, there may be a solution with a fix, and there may be intermittent workarounds.
If I know about a workaround, I apply it.
As a side note, having 815 assets in one folder is not really something that I would recommend any user to have. It does not show you all your purchases at a glance. But I won't discuss this issue with you, as it is none of my business how you organize yourself. Every man is the architect of his own fortune.
For somebody else with this issue. The chat with Adobe gave me a solution that worked for me.
I opened a window in incognito mode (Safari browser), went to my Adobe Cloud assets libraries (NOT the libraries in Adobe Stock). Than made a copy of my entire purchases library, 815 assets. And that copy could be opened in de Adobe Stock library overview.
Hope this will be helpfull for other Adobe Stock users with the same issue.
