Unable to open .ai/.eps files

I was able to download, but cannot seem to open these 2 files. I receive a message that states "Can't Open Illustration". Is the issue on my end, or are these files messed up?

    Hi Dina,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing troubles with Stock services.

    I have checked the files at my end and I agree that on opening the file in Illustrator CC it gives a message "Can't Open Illustration", however, in order to use the images please place the files, embed them and save them.
