The organization I work for recently joined the CC Team, with that we received the 10 free stock images. To my knowledge no one has used them and at this time I cannot redeem them at all. Every time I select an image I am prompted to purchase the licensing. Was the offer only good for so long? If so, is there a way to get that offer back since we never used them?

I looked up your Adobe ID that you are using on the forums and I see that you are a member of a team but that your team administrator has not accepted the "10 free images for your team" offer. Once the administrator accepts this offer you and your team will see the 10 free licenses in the navbar when you are signed into the Adobe Stock website and the team profile is selected.
