Unable to start free trial

Hello, I would like to use the free trial option and but I am unable to do so with my virtual or my real card.

The error is payment could not be processed.

I see Adobe charging my card for 0 cents and then nothing happens and it keeps giving me this error.

There seems to be no way to communicate with them so I am posting it here.
