Undo the licensing of video

Hi! Is it possible to revoke the license from two videos that were purchased recently? The purchase was made by mistake and the videos in question weren't used anywhere.  #248618689 and  #311343471

I have already did this before. Chatbot sent me to the support comunity page with locked discussion: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/is-it-possible-to-undo-the-licensing-of-images/td-p/10791534#sa_src=web-messaging But there, I couldn't see the way of resolving the problem, apart from creating a new discussion. Which I did yesterday

@FreelanceBeam when you open chatbot request an agent. The forums cannot assist you with any kind of refund only the customer care team can do this.

And if you could tell me how you interacted with the chatbot where it referred you to the forums instead of customer care, that would be helpful for me to know if chatbot is referring folks properly. Thanks.
