"Unexpected error" while trying to find stock audio

If this happened only recently, and you are behind a corporate firewall, it could be a good idea to talk to IT to see, if they have changed the settings. There are many endpoints that need to be whitelisted. Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints 

I won't say that this is the solution, but I always called my network managers first when something unusual happened. Very often, they had updated the firewall or changed some obscure parameters, blocking my Adobe account or some services of the account.
