Unhappy With Video

Hi!

I have been using Stock for a while and I've been really happy with the images. However, I purchased a video the other day and I have found it to be a really poor quality video which really doesn't work very well. It's a pain that the previews are hardly a good example of the video quality. Couldn't it be a really short version, but full quality? Is there any way to get my money back on this item?

    Hi Sheena,

    It's all across the sand. I tried to use it as a full sized banner, but at full size there are artifacts in the 'sand' as if it had been overcompressed. It's really not the kind of quality I would expect. It's deeply disappointing.
