Question

unintentionally purchased image

I bought an image worth over 200 euros by mistake. It's all about this purchase. O-7CN00193NS540211C. I simply pressed, without being asked for any confirmation of how to pay or any verification. I was convinced it was a step to complete, but it was already the purchase. Like any purchase, I would like to withdraw, given the error. How can I do?

All assets costing more than 1 credit get a confirmation asked. You need to contact customer support and negotiate your way out. If you have a Teams/Enterprise account, you need to contact your plan administrator to handle this for you.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
