Unlicense accidental enhanced image purchase

Hello there, I sometimes use the library function in Indesign to purchased stock image. But somehow one image cost me 67 credits. I admitted it had a notification but it wasn't clear as the webpage version. Can I unlincesed the image or lower the license tier?

You will need to contact Adobe customer care and explain your case. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
