Hi there.
This might be something normal for adobe staff but for somebody that's coming from different background this is insane.
Used to use Shutterstock and I paid monthly then I was able to downlaod 350 images each month.

Here I just signed up, adobe happily took my money, then wanted to check what that llicense button means...

Bum.... all my credits (7650) gone. Whaaaaaat?

I don't even need that image. Wanted only to see what the button does.

This is nuts guys. So missleading.

I need images - 750 month - this is waht I have subscribed for. Not 1 image worth €200.

It will be cheaper me going to places and snapping them myslef 😕😕

Can this image be unlicensed so I can use the 750 images or what?

Tried speaking to the support using the chat function but they closed the chat before we fisnished lol.
The bigger brand the less care for the client?

@Vani_100 ??

Correct answer Jill_C

Then if it is different there should be way of delicensing images if so many users does the same mistake.

If comapny cares about money only there won't be 1 crap givem.
Otherwise they make the live of users easy and allow to reverse the issue.

If Adobe provided a convenient way of delicensing images, many Buyers would use that feature to avoid paying for the images they want. ALL companies care about money; it's the reason they exist, unless they're a charitable foundation - in which case they STILL care about money because they need it in order to support their cause.

Did you discuss with the Customer Care team as suggested? There is still a chance that you can be refunded the credits if you make your case politely.

I can see by your Adobe ID that you licensed a premium asset and consumed you entire quota. There was a dialog that showed how many plan credits would be consumed and you accepted the dialog.  If you require additional assistance please contact our customer care team.

How your response is helping?

What is premium asset? I have subscribed for 750 images a month.

Your response doesn't make sense to me.

Every other stock photo sites I used so far have DOWNLOAD button.

This means I have given number (350 in the case of my last Shutterstock) of downloads.

Of course you might have different ideas of how you run your business, but this is missleading your clients.

And this formus shows that theres ton of them that have the same issue.

So if I made mistake (signing up with Adobe?) there should be an option to delicense it.

I do require additional assistance which is delicensing this image. Or cancelling my subscription and refunding me.

I havent used that unfortunate picture.

Custommer team? Which is where?
I contacted them. They even tried to ring. Once, very short. I even didn't manage to answer the call. Of ourse they did. They could as well not ring at all.

It's my last day with Shutterstock today. I thought that Adobe might be better solution but looks like it is not.

How many of that accidental licensing you have daily? I bet there's loads. Do you care about this or money is more important to you? Of course money.

😕😕

The process of each system is different, it's sad, but I don't think it has anything to do with money. gettyimages is 10 times more expensive, well you haven't tried it
