Unusable vector image download

I've downloaded an image, AdobeStock_30167583.ai.

It's unviewable muchless editable or useable.

The image loads at less than a 1/4 inch.

Any suggestions, can I get my credit back?

I don't know what happened to this asset, but it looks very strange. I suppose this is a case for Adobe's @Contributor1 .
