Unused licenses are gone!

Hi Adobe Stock Support Team,I have an active 3-images/month plan and had over 80 unused licenses in my account. Since last week there are only 12 left. Is there a reason why this happened? I thought, that the plans include a rollover of benefits, which ensures that unused licenses continue to be available in my account? Thanks for your help!Anna

the 3 images plan gives you:3 standard assets a month2999 € /moCancel anytimeNo annual commitmentAdditional standard assets: 9,99 €/eaRollover up to 36 standard assets with plan renewalSo there should be 36 assets in you account and no 80 and they should stay.
