The trial is the full version with the first 30 days free access. You can cancel the first 14 days of your second month (the first paying month) without cancellation fee, and you will be reimbursed.

Past that grace period, you have subscribed for a full year of Adobe stock. I suggest, you contact Adobe customer care and negotiate your way out of your contract, if that is the case.
