Hello, is there a way to refund my Adobe stocks? I wanted to only use free trial and unintentionally I bought full version.

The trial is the full version with the first 30 days free access. You can cancel the first 14 days of your second month (the first paying month) without cancellation fee, and you will be reimbursed.

Past that grace period, you have subscribed for a full year of Adobe stock. I suggest, you contact Adobe customer care and negotiate your way out of your contract, if that is the case. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
