upscaling ai images is against the role or not ?

im using upcaling app called upscayle and as i rad and ask chat gpt to do deep search about adobe policy if its ok to use upscale on ai generated images or not . and as i can see upscaling is against the role of adobestock and all ai generation pictures have less than 4mp resolustion so how should i submit ai images if i cant use upscaling .and if they know that ai genaration sites cant generate a big resolution how they expect me to submit ai images without upscaling? help me pls ...

ChatGPT doesn't have a clue what it's talking about. You can upscale AI for submission to Adobe Stock. But make sure your upscaler does a good job, since upscaling can magnify problems in an image.

Enlarge and upscale are two different things (and that list of do's and don'ts was made before the advent of AI). Upscaling uses AI to better fill in details that get lost or exaggerated during the process. I have over 5800 assets in my portfolio, the majority of which have been upscaled to 7200 pixels on the longest side at 300 ppi. . I used to do 9000, but I was spending too much time fixing errors that ensued. Which I still have to do. Upscaling requires post-editing to fix what it breaks. It's not a perfect science.
