URGENT - Can not download any stock from website

I have an enterprise account on Adobe stock but I can not download anything from your website. Please help me now. Thanks so much.

    Hi there,

    I apologize for the troubles that you've been facing on Adobe stock website.

    What error message are you getting when you try to license any file? Also, have you tried login with your enterprise ID and not the personal one?
