    Hi MM,

    This message appears when your subscription has been suspended due to payment issue. I've looked up your account using the Adobe ID you use on the forums and see that the subscription is no longer suspended. Can you please log out of your browser, clear your history and sign in again? The message should no longer appear. If it does please reply to this thread so we can assist you further.

    I deleted the history and left the account, but the problem remains.

    I have also changed the method of pagely, but the error remains
