Urgent: Refund for a single stock image

Hi - I run a youth centre. We are a charity. We have a multimedia suite and have Adobe on two of the computers. I have discovered that on 19 October, one of our young people purchased an image (#371511647) which cost us over £200 without permission. I have only now discovered this via our credit card.

As far as I can tell the image has not been downloaded and it was purchased without consent. Could I please urgently request a refund?

Hi @Unitas Youth Zone,

If someone licensed an asset on demand with your account the purchaser would have been shown the price and then needed to confirm the purchase, so the purchase was intentional. It also appears that you are using a personal entitlement for your subscription and possibly sharing the subscription with others which will make managing these types of purchases difficult to monitor as anyone signed in with this profile will be able to purchase on demand with the payment method associated with your account. You may want to consider creating a team subscription which will allow you to monitor your account and share stock subscription or credit pack quota with other team members. Our customer care team can assist you with this recent on demand purchase and helping you find a subscription that works best for your organization.
