Can an individual client use photos on their individual Adobe Stock license for the website and materials of the company where they are employed as a graphic designer? For example, I need to make leaflets and graphics for the website, and I need photos. Can I use my Adobe Stock license or does the employer have to have a subscription for companies?

You can license assets for your employer (consider your employer as a client!). If your employer has then access to the asset, you need to transfer the licence as indicated here: Transfer license to a client - Adobe Support Community - 11990240
