User selling badly image-traced vectors on Adobe Stock

Hello,

I just bought This item from Adobe Stock. As a thumbnail everything seems fine but these items are just badly image-traced and resold, making them unusable in any way possible because of the horrendous quality of the vector.

My question is; how can I report things like this? The specific user's profile seems to be full with subpar traced vectors that he is selling on Adobe Stock. I know I can't get a refund for the digital download but this is just rediculous.

Please remove these items and if possible, give me my credit back.

I have run into this issue 5 or 6 times in the last 6 months, it’s very frustrating.

Running into this issue almost daily now. It’s incredibly frustrating! Adobe does not seem to care. Most of the problem-accounts start with the letter M, but it’s spreading to the point that the subscription doesn’t feel like it’s worth the money.

@stephk79,

If you’re encountering bad assets, please create a new post with the offending asset ID numbers so Stock’s internal review team can re-evaluate them. Otherwise, nobody but you knows there’s a problem. 😉

I’m locking this topic that was answered 3 years ago.

Thanks.
