Using graphics for templates

Hi,

 

I am want to start selling wedding invitation templates on Etsy. Can I use the graphic from Adobe stock with the commercial licence to produce the templates in Templett or Canva and sell them?

You can use the images for a preview, but you can't include the images into your templates.

What if I lock the graphics so the customers will not be able to change anything? They would only edit the text and use it for personal use.
