Using images for logos

Hello,
I have made a webiste "Link removed by moderator". This website contains information related to a wide variety of paintball masks available online that feature good quality, sturdy design and reasonable price. I am still working on the brand logo. Recently I have discovered that Adobe Stock is offering best quality images for free. So I was wondering, can I download any image from Adobe Stock and use it as my logo after doing a few changes or is it not allowed?

Correct answer Abambo

You can't use stock assets paid or for free under any licence available as a logo.

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

You also can't offer stock images with "few changes" as images for download, as I understand the license. That's true for free images. And it's true for paid images.
