Using sets of vector files

Question

I have bought three vector file sets: e.g. FILE #: 243285189 clearly marked vector illustration.

I saw earlier discussions on this subject and managed to make a copy in Illustrator - but i still cant open it.

Very frustrating! Can you help please?

Look at the asset type:

AI/EPS should be vector!

JPEG is pixel...and for an asset like that quite useless.

The title clearly says Vector, but the file type says JPEG (a raster format). Were there a different file type available that you downloaded?
