Using standard licenced image in third-party interview

Hello,

A newspaper asked me for an interview and also asked if I have images that would fit with the interview. My company has licenced "standard licence" images. Can I give her those images to use in that newspaper interview and just credit them or do I need another type of licence? Or maybe it is not possible at all to allow an interviewer use our company images?

This is a tricky one. My first reaction was: it's use for a third party, so you will need to license again and transfer the license to the newspaper (or the newspaper needs to license). Please keep also an eye on the 500k run limit.

A re-licence of yous with a transfer would have the advantage that you could attach your own conditions too, like use of the asset only with your prior authorization or only in connection with your company.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
