Using stock images for selling instagram templates

I am wondering what kind of license would be required to make instagram templates incorporating stock images and selling them on etsy for others to use on their social media.

I searched this Forum for "Etsy" and found this older post that may provide some additional info.

It would seem that would require an Extended License per the chart on the page linked below because you are using the asset in a product you will resell.
