Hi! How do I utilize my plan credits. I downloaded the images that I wanting to use. I am still seeing watermarks. Thanks!

hi @jena_5357  - could you please let us know the asset id/file id of the assets downloaded. Also are you noticing this for all assets you license? Thanks!!

    Do you have an Adobe Stock plan?  Check your online account.

    https://account.adobe.com/plans

     

    When you license the image, the Stock asset goes into your Library folder for use in projects.

    Do you have more than one Adobe account? Perhaps you're logged on to the account that doesn't have an active Stock subscription.
