Vector file looks different from the advertised image

Hi I've purchased an Illustrator file (FILE #:  466377982) that doesn't look like the advertised image after openning. It's missing the cracked texture, the main reason I bought this file. It's really disheartening when you spend the money and hours trying to make it look like the advertised image, when it should just work out of the box.

Hello, I've verified the issue (but I don't have access to grant you a replacement license due to the account type). It looks like the font that would be packaged into this vector is missing causing the visual oddity. I'll send the asset to the content team for review. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset.

For a refund:
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.
