"Vector" image is a blurry image below a vector path over it

Hi Jesse,Sorry to hear that you are facing troubles with Adobe Stock files.I did check the image at my end and was unable to find any issues with the file. Additionally, I would like to let you know that the image isn't blurry, it has been designed in this fashion by the contributor.
